Cambodian actress, Pov Lida, moved to her new house worth around US$100,000 off Seng Ly market in Phnom Penh. This house is a gift from her father who abandoned her and her mother for 20 years after he met her and his wife. Reportedly, it is a gift from her boyfriend but she strongly rejected it.
Pov Lida said that she received this house last month from a man who she confirmed that he is her father. She added that “he abandoned her month and her for 20 years. He bought it for her after I just met him.”
She added that she moved from her small, old house near Psar Depot market to new building that was bought but she does not organize housewarming yet.
